Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the Monetnyi Dvir app. Please read them carefully. Questions: support@monetnyidvir.com.

1. General

Monetnyi Dvir (the “App”) is a platform for coin collectors: a reference catalog, personal collection tracking, and a P2P venue for buying, selling, auctions and trading between users. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Age

Use is permitted for persons aged 18+. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all actions under it. Provide accurate information. Report any unauthorized access to support immediately.

4. Deals between users

All deals (sale, auction, trade) are concluded directly between users. The App is NOT a party to the deal, does not process payments, holds no funds and is not a guarantor (no escrow). Responsibility for payment, delivery, quality and conformity of goods lies with the parties to the deal. Vet your counterpart.

5. Content rules

Prohibited: counterfeits, fakes and illegal items; inaccurate descriptions; fraudulent offers; third-party materials without rights; abusive, discriminatory, illegal or obscene content; spam. You warrant you have the rights to the content you publish.

6. Moderation and blocking

There is zero tolerance for objectionable and illegal content and abuse. We may review, hide or remove content and restrict or block infringing accounts. Submit reports via the “Report” button — we respond within a reasonable time.

7. Catalog and prices

The catalog is based on official open data from the National Bank of Ukraine (bank.gov.ua) and public sources. Estimated market prices are our own analytics and are for REFERENCE only. This is not investment advice.

8. Intellectual property

Rights to the app, design and code belong to the owner of Monetnyi Dvir. Your content remains yours, but you grant a non-exclusive license to display it within the app’s operation.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of estimates or deal outcomes, and are not liable for losses from deals between users to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and contact

The Terms may be updated; the current edition is in the app and on this page. Governing law is the law of Ukraine. Contact: support@monetnyidvir.com.
