Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data the Monetnyi Dvir app processes, why, and how we protect it. By using the app you agree to this Policy. Privacy contact: support@monetnyidvir.com.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: email and authentication data (including Sign in with Apple/Google).
  • Profile: name, username, avatar, bio.
  • Your content: collection, wishlist, listings, bids, deals, reviews, comments, chat messages.
  • Settings: currency, language, privacy level, notification preferences.
  • Technical data: the minimum needed to run and secure the service (session identifiers, error logs).

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect precise location, payment card data, biometric or health data. Payments for deals happen outside the app — we store no payment information. We use no advertising trackers and share no data with ad networks for tracking.

3. Why we process data

  • Providing features: authentication, collection tracking, marketplace, auctions, trading, chat, notifications, ratings and reviews.
  • Account security, fraud and abuse prevention, moderation.
  • User support and service improvement.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on your consent and on performance of a contract (the Terms of Use). You can withdraw consent by deleting your account.

5. Visibility to other users

Your public profile, public collection and listings are visible to other users — according to the privacy settings you choose. Chat messages are visible only to your counterpart.

6. Storage

Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure (EU, GDPR mode) for the lifetime of your account and is deleted after account deletion.

7. Your rights and account deletion

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and all personal data right in the app: Profile → Settings → “Danger zone” → “Delete account”. You can also email support@monetnyidvir.com — we fulfill the request within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The service is intended for persons aged 18+ and does not knowingly collect children’s data.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; the current edition is always available in the app and on this page. We will announce material changes in the app.
